Congratulations to Kerry who has completed her Level 3 Childcare qualification

Last October, Kerry started working at our Blinco Grove childcare setting as a Level 2 Early Years Educator. She came from another nursery so transferred her training to us.

Kerry works in our Caterpillar Room with the children who are aged two and under. She has also stepped into the role of Deputy Room Leader on several occasions while studying for her Level 3 and has worked hard to get the room to where it is now.

Kerry says “I would like to thank Sam (Manager) and the rest of the Blinco Grove team for all the help and support I’ve had while completing my Level 3 qualification. I really enjoy working at Blinco Grove.”

Kerry is a respected member of the team and has great relationships with both the children and their parents.

Sam Beldam, Childcare Manager, explains “Kerry is an asset to my team and deserves the promotion to Deputy Room Leader. She has worked hard and stepped up when I’ve needed her to. Well done Kerry.”
