Volunteer Early Years Educator

Are you an Early Years Practitioner and currently on furlough? Are you looking for a challenge to keep you busy during this time? Would you like to gain experience in a new setting?

YMCA Childcare Blinco Grove are looking for qualified Early Years Practitioners that would like to make a difference to children and families during this time.

Personal Qualities and Skills

 

The successful candidate will be skilled, imaginative, have vision, drive and the ability to motivate. They will be flexible, approachable and able to demonstrate outstanding knowledge of the standards required by Ofsted.

 

Applicants should have the following qualities:

 

• Qualified or working towards a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of early years practices
• Able to show a commitment and enthusiasm towards achieving positive outcomes for service users
