Train the Trainer – Delivering Early Interventions
This Train the Trainer course equips you / your staff member to run a series of group work sessions to support young people who may be facing extra challenges. The sessions focus on building resilience and the skills that research has shown help children overcome adversity.
This one day course is designed to provide the theory behind our early intervention group work modules. Delegates will be taught about the theory underpinning the schemes of work, the importance of teaching resilience in schools and how to deliver interventions using our resources. Alternatively we can deliver the module to groups of young people for you.
This package includes online access to presentations, trainer notes and other resources. Annual refresher training to keep you updated. Peer support session to discuss and reflect on delivery. Access to the Mental Health Training Team for support and any queries you may have.
