Supporting staff during this time and a wellbeing advent calendar
We all know that teaching is one of the most stressful jobs you can have, and now more than ever staff are looking for extra support. Therefore, we want to remind you that we can support your setting with a range of services that can work alongside, or supplement existing provision as part of a whole school approach to wellbeing.
With the festive season upon us, quote ‘FESTIVE15’ for 15% off any of our training courses booked before 23 December!
In addition, there is a wellbeing advent calendar (4.1mb, PDF) that you could use in school and at home to boost your wellbeing this month.
Our services for staff include:
Self-Care
We can provide training on staff self-care through our Staff Wellbeing workshops that are tailored to specific needs. As part of this, we can now give all delegates an exclusive free 3-month trial to a NHS approved self-help app that helps to prevent, detect, and self-manage common mental health conditions – 24/7!
Direct Support
We now offer clinical supervision for school staff and supervision training for lead professionals. All of our sessions are person-centred, confidential, and comply with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework.
Prices vary according to requirements, so please get in touch with us on 01733 373187 for more details and to learn more about the variety of sessions we can offer.

- Train the Trainer Supervision Skills: Applying Creative Skills to Reflective Practice – a two-day course to enable you to provide effective supervision to your staff, whilst also including clinical supervision for yourself as part of the licence.
