Our accommodation site in Cambridge has 80 rooms, providing a home for 16-25 year olds. We have a fantastic team of staff, providing ongoing support and encouragement to the young people living at Queen Anne House, which is located in the centre of Cambridge by Parkers Piece, easy to get to via public transport, or if you travel by car we have free onsite car parking too.
Job Role
We are recruiting an Accommodation Project Worker to work our Accommodation Team based in Cambridge. This is an opportunity to work with and support young people to develop socially, personally and holistically, building their confidence and independence.
Working with young people to develop individualised support plans; co-produced with each young person and centred around their needs, expectations, and goals.
We focus on a strength-based approach to our work. Understanding of strength based Approach, Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) and Trauma Informed Care (TIC) would be beneficial.
Skills and Experience
