YMCA Childcare Providence is an Outstanding setting in Ipswich, providing childcare for children aged between 3 months and 11yrs. We operate 51 weeks a year from 8am to 6pm. We are proud of our Outstanding OFSTED which was gained in 2020 and we are looking for a dynamic, passionate, committed individual to join our team as a Room Leader.

Job Role
If you can answer yes to the following questions, then you may be the person we have been searching for….
- Can you sing out of tune?
- Are you ready to go on a Bear Hunt?
- Are you happy to jump in muddy puddles, and to sing in the rain?
- Do you like to get messy?
- Can you sit on small chairs and pretend to eat plastic food?
The successful candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above with extensive working knowledge of the EYFS. The ability to work in a team, sharing ideas and bringing those ideas to life is a must. A genuine respect for our children and families, offering support and guidance in their Early Years, is essential for this role.

The salary for this role is £20,036.64 per year. Additional benefits we offer include:
