Being part of a healthy, stable family gives a young person the best start in life. Across YMCA Trinity Group we offer a range of support to families including six fully operational childcare settings providing places for 238 children on a daily basis.
At Grundisburgh we ensure children are involved in choosing what activities they would like to do and we always plan around the children’s interests. We have access to an outside area, where children are able to join in with a range of activities including role play, construction, investigation and sensory play.

Job Role
We have an ongoing need for Bank Early Years Educators and Bank Early Years Assistants at our Grundisburgh Childcare setting. Assisting our childcare teams on an as required basis to cover staff holiday and illness.
Successful candidates will be flexible, motivated and committed, with experience of working in an early years setting.
For this job role you are required to have a minimum of level 2 or equivalent in early years.
Applicants should have the following qualities:
- A minimum of two years post qualifying experience
- Extensive working knowledge of the EYFS
- A commitment and enthusiasm towards achieving positive outcomes for service users
