Job Role
Relief Accommodation Project Workers assist in the running of the residential areas of our projects.
Ensuring a high level of working practice and maintaining high standards of supervision and support, working alongside and supporting our Accommodation Teams to create a warm caring and homely atmosphere for our residents.
Various shifts are available, on and an as and when required basis. Our teams work 7 days a week, day, evening and nights shifts are available, please indicate your preferred availability on application.
YMCA Trinity Group is made up of over 500 staff and volunteers, many of our relief workers progress in their careers, applying for Full or Part Time contracted roles when opportunities arise.
Skills and Experience
In summary, successful applicants will have the following qualities:
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver good face to face customer care
- A good understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a non-judgmental and non-discriminatory way
- Ability to interact with young people in a positive and confident manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience using computers
- Positive outlook and able to work as part of a team
