Job Role

 

Relief Accommodation Night Workers oversee the safety of YMCA Trinity Groups staff, residents and premises between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Ensuring designated areas are clean, secure and safe, complying with health & safety regulations.

The role also involves assisting our Accommodation Project Workers, providing support to residents throughout the night and dealing with any incidents should they occur.

 

Successful applicants will have the following qualities:

 

  • Good team work skills
  • Good listening skills & able to show empathy
  • Ability to work within a reactive environment
